The Tello Edu App is designed to cater to K12 students, providing support in demonstrating Tello & Tello Edu drone operations and offering a simulator interface for block programming without connecting to the drones. Building block programming games - The app consists of 12 challenging planetary levels where students immerse themselves in guiding virtual drones through various tasks. This helps them develop skills in block programming and fosters a deeper understanding of programming concepts.
Programming Ability Index - The app integrates an index framework endorsed by ISTE and E-Learning associations, focusing on developing computational thinking and programming skills among students. By completing missions across different levels, students can enhance their proficiency in various domains such as collaboration and innovation.
Flight Simulator - Students can engage in a realistic flight simulation experience within the app, building logical thinking skills and fostering creativity.
Block Programming - Students are encouraged to use logical building blocks, flying blocks, variable building blocks, and arithmetic building blocks to enhance their programming abilities.
Remote Control - The app allows students to control real Tello & Tello Edu drones, performing maneuvers like take-off/land, yaw (CW/CCW), forward/backward movements, left/right turns, up/down motions, and impressive 360-degree flips.
